If paying by personal check your order will be shipped when the check clears (up to 7 business days). Currently, only checks from U.S. residents are accepted. There is a $25 return check fee if your check is returned from your bank due to insufficient funds.

We ship all orders within the Continental U.S. by 2 to 3 days via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you prefer for your order to be mailed via UPS or FedEX, please let us know. Additional charges may apply.
International orders will be shipped with standard international rates. Email for more information if you need international priority shipping.

Damages & Loss:
Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery carrier’s responsibility and claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. The customer must initiate damage or loss claims against the shipper, but we are available to assist you. Again, we're here to help, message us.
You may contact us and we will discuss your issues. Please note that exchanges are conditional on the return of goods to us in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
If the items have already been mailed we will be unable to cancel your order. If this happens simply return the order to us for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).
